Abacus Exterior Solutions are proud to be a member of the Home Improvement Protect Scheme. Normally, if you pay a deposit for some improvement to your home and the company goes out of business before the work is completed, your money would be lost!

As a member of the scheme, your deposit for any of the services provided by Abacus listed below, is protected!

At the time of placing your order or paying a deposit you should register on the Home Improvement Protection scheme’s website here.

Abacus will provide you with a User Name and password. Enter this on the Home Improvement Protection scheme’s website and follow the on screen instructions.

Once Abacus have completed your project to your satisfaction and once you have paid the balance in full, you should enter the Certificate number provided by the scheme at the time you registered and then follow the on screen instructions.

Your insured Guarantee will then be issued for a period of up to ten years and is underwritten by FSA authorised insurers.
