How does it work?

We thoroughly inspect the outside walls of your property for deterioration and any suspect areas. This is carried out with you and we will thoroughly explain our findings to you.

Stage Two: Restoration & Repair

We repair all damaged and worn surfaces and replace with the appropriate materials depending on your property type. Damaged render and blown pebbledash is removed and all cracks are hacked out. Polymer modified cements are used for repairing to ensure a perfect bond. Bare brickwork is rendered with PVA mortar mix to fill all the small air holes. Great care is taken to achieve a sound and uniform surface area.

Stage Three: Masking

All doors, windows and surfaces, not to be coated, are carefully covered with tape and heavy duty paper to prevent over spray.

Stage Four: Bagging

Once the surface has been cleaned and all damaged areas have been repaired, we apply our Unibond bag coat evenly over the area to bind the surface together.

Stage Five: Primer Coat

A high penetrating stabilizer primer is then applied, providing an armour-like protective surface to your property’s exterior.

Stage Six: Spray Applied Coating

Smooth or textured coating is then applied to chemically bond the primer for a second line of defense against the elements.

Stage Seven: Finishing Touch

All masking is then removed and the area is cleaned of any debris.

As a result, providing an exact timescale on our website of how long the work will take is impossible. As a guide, the process above can take between 5 to 10 working days to complete. We will not leave site until you are 100% happy with our work.
